Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor computer configuration installed, set and monitoring computer hardware maintenance schedule, propose new hardware requirements and arrange the installation to supplier, solve small computer problems, contact supplier and fix hardware problem together
- Check and ensure the function of server to operate effectively, backup all software required on regular basis, install new software packages if required
- Help user in solving computer problem in day to day operation
- Maintain IT service portal to record cases/problems that have been solved
- Maintain, check, recover and configure servers
- Prepare annual EDP and IT training
- Prepare periodic report of telephone usage
- Setup training schedule and conduct training for new software users
- Write system procedure and create all necessary action such backup procedure in case of system failure
- Setup or modify a program as needed or required by company
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in IT or equivalent
- Has experience in at least 5 years in related field
- Having experiences in handling NTT systems with SAP Business-1 program
- Honest
- Must have an excellent English (business level) both written and oral
Desirable Experiences
- If able to speak Japanese will be a plus point
