Job Description
Responsible for handling all HR and GA matters including:
- Company regulations, Cost projection, Recruitment, distribution, training and development, Industrial relations, SOPs, Compensation and Benefits, Paywoll, BPJS
- Company documents, document of foreign worker such as RPTKA, TA 01, Vitas, Kitas, IMTA, MRP, STM, SKKPS/KIP, SKTT, LKOA, etc.
- Office building maintenance
- Transportation
- Housekeeping
- Accomodation
- Insurance
- Have a minimum of 2 year experiences in related field
- Have a minimum of D3 degree in any discipline
- Familiar with grading system in compensation and benefits is an advantage
- Having a minimum of JLPT N3
- Able to speak fair English
- Willing to work in Tangerang
- Have experiences living or woking in Japan
