- HR group activity such as Payroll, Recruitment, BPJS, Corporate Agreement , etc.
- Training/ Meeting arrangement
- Handling Invoicing System
Report to HR Manager, work location in Jakarta.
Male / Female
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Experience using spreadsheets
Organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Fast learner and able to work underpressure.
Detail oriented. Has a willing to learn new things independently.
Encourage high inisiative.
