Job Description
・Prepare and check purchase request, purchase order, sales quotation, sales order, sales contract, and Invoice.
・Import/Export related such as preparing and sending necessary documents to supplier, customer, shipping agent and custom.
・Arrange shipment and warehouse to deliver machine/parts/tooling/software/blade smoothly.
・Arrange meal, hotel, car and others when company requires
・Other jobs assigned by Management.
Requirements
・Ability to speak English above Business level
・Possess polite communication skill
・Driver's License
・Working experience of importing for 3 to 5 years
