Job Description
- Deliver training to production staff on the use of liquid, powder, pellet filling machines, Labelers and wrapping / packaging equipment.
- Ensure yields are met to customer spec and excess wastage is monitored and controlled.
- Monitor equipment for potential breakdowns.
- Assist in line change overs.
- Liaise with the engineering department and support process improvement.
- Supervise efficiency of process, ensuring that agreed KPI’s are met (for example targets, line rates, quality, yields etc. )
- Ensure the Quality of the product meets customer specifications
- Orders need to be completed on time and to the agreed customer requirement
- Ensure employee and product safety at all times by ensuring full training is given according to task procedures and individual needs
- Maintaining adherence to Foods safety and hygiene standards
- 22 ~ 35 years old.
- Has min. 2-year experiences as Production Leader at Food Manufacturing.
- Has experience to lead team member.
- Diploma/Bachelor degree is a minimum education requirement.
- Have experience in communicating in English in a working environment.
- Have experiences in Dairy products / Cheese products
