Job Description
• Perform daily and/or monthly Accounting activities such as journalizing, input transactions in Accounting program, make reports, and maintain transaction evidence.
• Prepare payments and collections.
• Prepare data and reports needed by the Company.
• Documenting all transactions, letters, and other files in proper way.
• Maintain company’s assets and documents.
• Ready to work overtime, especially at closing period.
• Other ad-hoc duties for general and administration activities.
Requirements
• D3/S1 in Accounting/Administration/Tax major.
• 21 – 25 years of age, Female.
• Min. 1 year experience in Accounting/Administration/Tax department (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Having basic accounting knowledge and understand the accounting process.
• Having Taxation knowledge is an advantage.
• Good and active in English, written and verbal.
• Familiar in operating Microsoft Office programs. Having knowledge in Accounting program is an advantage.
• Hardworking, detail oriented, multitasker, and optimist attitude.
