Job Description
'Role as a Recruitment:
- Window person in recruitment
- Inquiry, sourcing, screening, scoring, interview, offering, working agreement
- Check the working agreement due date and follow up
- Make effective communication with all provider related recruitment
- Maintain employee data, organization chart and reporting
Role in Training:
- Induction and orientation for new employees
- Archive training records, maintain and reporting
- Collect training application required and find out the provider
- Training program arrangement, schedule and daily implementation

- Bachelor degree from S1 Psychology or Management
- Have a minimum of 1 year as a HRD Staff in handling Recruitment and Training matters
- Used to handling recruitment process starting from Operator to Supevisor position
- Understand ISO 9001 procedures
- Good English for both oral and written
- Good in operating Ms. Office
- Wiling to commute to East Karawang
