Job Description
• Handling payroll system for both National Staff and Expatriates
• Calculate Income Tax Art. 21
• Prepare Monthly Tax Report (SPT Masa PPh21)
• Prepare 1721 A1 for Annual Income Tax Report for every employee
• Making report & payment for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan on SIPP Online and BPJS Kesehatan on E-Dabu
• Collaborate with accounting to make accrual journal (ie. bonus, retirement, etc) in monthly basis
• Prepare additional report (ie. headcount, overhead, department expense, etc) by request from Department Managers.
• Handle recruitment process from finding candidates, interview until orientation.
• Handle training to meet the needs of employee
1. Min 2 years experience in the same position
2. Good English skill
3. Advance level in Ms. Excel and Ms. Word
4. Bachelor from Accounting major
5. In depth knowldge about income tax calculation and income tax report
6. Experienced with SAP and HRIS is preferable
