Job Description
- To handle the product infrastructure to make sure that Application is syncronize with web based product.
- Also handling the IT infrastructure internally during the project development and communicate wiht the Engineer in HQ.
- To visit customer site or filed if necessary to analyze problems
- Time report to superiors
- To arrange and support all general affairs
- Supporting all the product including hardware system, software system, and networking system.
- Provide technical support to customer on operational or maintenance aspect of system equipment.
- Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
- Diagnosis mechanical, hardware, software, and systmen failures using established procedures.
