Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitoring document which related with ISO
- Responsible to system development and ISO related document
- Do the Coordination related Development and Execution of ISO
- Ensure the document remain legible, immediately identifiable and are authenticated before they are distributed
- Ensure all the document have been disseminated and distributed to interested parties
- Ensure the document coming from outside the organization is set by the organization that are essential to the planning and operation of the quality management system are identified and their distribution is controlled
- Ensure all documents are stored and protected from damage and easy to navigate
- Prevent accidental use of expired document when stored for any purpose

Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree
- Have a minimum of 1 - 2 year experiences
- Experience handle process certification and set up ISO 9001:2015
- Experience handle document control for ISO 9001 secretariat
- Experience handle ISO 14001 will be advantage
- Experience in QA/QC is a plus point
- Good in operating Ms. Office, familiar with SAP
- Good English for both oral & written

Desirable Experiences
- If able to speak Japanese will be a plus point
