Parts Sales Senior Staff - Trading Company (Jakarta)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling daily operational Supervisor task of sales (prepare Quotation, Purchase Orders, Sales Contract, order status control, shipment and delivery schedule, forecast, and inventory
- Input data of New Model requirement into MLM system
- Carry out other duties assigned by Manager to support activities of the section

Requirements
- Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring Management or Economic
- Preferably having about 2 years’ experience in the same field
- Active in English (Japanese would be an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have knowledge about warehousing and logistic would be an advantage

Desirable Character
- Independent, Effective time management, Target oriented
