Job Description
Requirements :
-Have a minimum of Diploma degree in IT or computer engineering
-At least have 3 years of working experience in related field
-Have experience in handling Telco
-Good knowledge of system integration
-Good communication in English (verbal & written)
-Able to perform presentation
Resposibilities :
-Provide customers with timely, professional, efficient and effective technical expertise on IT support
-Responsible for supporting Enterprise IT solutions (infrastructure, security, virtualization, backup and storage) and network
-System installation, configurations and administration of core network devices (e.g. Switch, Firewall, Router)
-Create and maintain technical documentation
-Deliver training/ transfer knowledge to end-user
-Prepare technical demo for pre sales purpose
