Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for all the function in the Branch such as:
- Marketing activity and operational/non-marketing activity
- Assess market condition and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. Create, develop, implement a strategic plan to get and execute marketing plans
- Achieving business/financial target Branch performance
- Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Must be able to improve network, presence and reputation of the branch and company
Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree from any discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 6 years of experience in multifinance or banking industry
- Good command in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
- Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Have good relationship and competent of dealing with people
