Job Description
- Organize and maitain the overall agenda of the Country Manager and Division Heads, acting as a first point of contact
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Often controlling access to the managers/executive, booking and arranging travel, transport and accomodation, organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines,typing, compiing and preparing reports, presentations and correspondences
- Managing database and filing systems
- Miscellaneoous tasks to support e.g. copleting some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the buiness is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting researc
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they are secure
- Managing al claims and forms required for Entertainment, Biz trips, General claims, Employment pass process, locl rules and regulation e.g. open bank account, cheques, Adhoc personal matters e.g. health check bookings
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in any discipline
- Able to stand with the high demands in fast-paced environment
- Have a minimum of 3 year relevant experiences
- Have strong ability in translations for emails or documents, both Japanese to English and vice versa
- Fluent in English and Japanese for both oral and written
- Able to work under pressure to achieve goal
- Excelent organizational and time-management skills, excellent Ms. Office and reporting skills is required
- Min. JLPT N3 for Japanese language skill
- Independent, good team work, good interpersonal and communication skills, high integrity, detailed oriented
