- To enlarge the current community
<Job Responsibilities>
- Enhance existing women's community
- Maintain existing community and act as the company representative to influence and guide the community members
- Enlarge community app users through carefully tailored activations
- Acquire new community group and members by approaching and expanding new community group
- Analyze issues within the community, in return to develop potential solutions
- Collaborate with in house team to create promotion or event for the community members
- Get insight from the members via survey or other means
- Ensure that existing community could maintain the purchase performance and increase the performance
- Coordinate with event organizers for event creation
- Create strategy for social media promotion
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency (active English for reporting via oral and written communication)
・Min. 3 years as Community Supervisor in community based tech start up/FMCG principal/community based organization
・Experienced and active in social media for promotion (collaboration ideas with targeted community members)
・Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
・Positive, bright, influencing, initiative, critical tinker, result oriented, process driven, and systematic
