1. Establish Corporate Governance section to reinforce governance structure
2. Manage Corporate Governance & Planning activities
3. Manage and implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
4. Support executive decision making and strategic evaluation process
5. Develop corporate strategic plan and analyze business potential improvement
・Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
1. Experienced in Corporate Governance for 10 years
2. Fluent in English; TOEIC score above 700
3. Japanese skill, min. passive
4. Have a good understanding of Good Corporate Governance and risk Management
5. Analytical thinking with problem solving skills
6. Strong Organizational and leadership skills
7. Have strong written and verbal communication skills
