<Position Objective/Expectation >
- To understand how the technical ins and outs of their products can help solve their customer's problems
- Supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets
<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully support the sales team
- Evaluating Sales Forecasting, including reviewing for Business Plan target compared to the actual and initiate new ideas in achieving Company's Sales targets
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and industry expertise -excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills -flexible working and remote opportunity
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and successful previous experience as Sales
- Make a weekly report
- Report to Sales Manager
- Coordinate with Sales team for update product stock and Engineer Division if any project
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have a minimum of 7 years working experience as Sales Supervisor or Assistant Manager and preferably has experience with Factory Automation.
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in S1 Electrical / Mechanical Engineer (specialize in Automation, Electronics, Mechanical)
- Has good communication, negotiation, time & planning, discovering problem skill.
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Good leadership, responsible, good verbal persuasive, and achievement oriented
- Individual and / or teamwork ability
- Advance in Microsoft Office
- English fluently and able to speak Japanese would be the advantage
- Has a driving license (sim A)
- willing to have mobile work
