<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support the Management by taking responsibility for FA related matters across the team from daily financial transactions, disbursement process, develop financial statement, budgets preparation, maintain company inventory, support company audit process, etc. and providing strategic recommendation to the members of the executive management team.
<Job Responsibilities>
• As a 1st leader in Finance & Accounting Dept and Oversee Company’s accounts, financial matters, and investments
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
• Supervise and manage finance department staff.
• Oversee project commercial matters, including financial projection and reviews for new and renewal
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting/ financial reporting systems and ensure compliance with government regulations
• Ensure that all financial transactions are reviewed, properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Work with external parties such as banks, tax offices, etc on grant applications.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the Company based on research, forecasts, and historical data reports
• Prepare annual audit and tax work for Company.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Examine all financial reports and data closely for both Indonesia and work with overseas entities to check for discrepancies
• Assist the CFO in preparing and presenting reports to management, stakeholders, and board members
• Any other projects assigned by Company
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Finance/Accountancy
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrate high integrity, discipline, and trustworthy
• Have a minimum of 10 years of total experienced in F&A area and at least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience as F&A Manager in a Construction company
• Experienced managing at least 200 Billion IDR annual transactions.
• Obtain professional qualifications in finance, tax, and accounting.
• Collaborate well with external and internal parties in a professional manner
• Proficient in Accounting software such as ACCURATE, UU, SAP, or equivalent.
• Proper leadership, able to achieve results with the entire team.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills at all levels
• Analytical, forward-looking, and able to identify opportunities to improve and protect Company’s financial interests
