<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage Large Machinery for Agriculture Business
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for the expansion and success of the company's domestic commercial-sales business by implementing sales strategies and sales targets achievement
- Set up annual domestic commercial-sales plan/budget and sales activities in accordance with the prevailing management policy
- Initiate and carry out continuous improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce operating costs
- Develop new markets, create strategies and monitor competitor activities to make counter measures.
- Establish and maintain good communication with dealers, leasing company, and customer to achieve company’s mission.
- Cooperate with other divisions for optimal business result as a whole company
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Assistant Manager or above in Sales
・Several years of experience in handling machinery for agriculture
・Good knowledge in sales policies and government rules and regulation in Indonesia
・Good knowledge of delivery system of Big Agriculture Machinery
・Good leadership skill, good communication skill, result driven, high sense of integrity and transparency, professional attitude, proactive, high integrity and flexible
・Proficient MS Office use
・Own SIM A
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
