<Job Responsibilities>
- Give counseling to executives of legal topics such as labor law, partnerships, etc.
- Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
- Applying effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties to create relations of trust such as regulators, external counsel, public authority.
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Law.
・5 years of experience as Legal Coordinator in Manufacturing.
・Having experience in handling Corporate Legal, Legal Permit, Business Contract, Industrial Relationship
・Having the ability in Legal Analysis of potential Risk and make preventive/counter measure plan, and negotiation.
・Conversational to Business English proficiency.
