- Support HRGA & Admin
<Job Responsibilities>
- Create and manage attendance list
- Manage & calculate petty cash
- Monitor daily worker and outsource workers
- Calculate overtime
- Do administrative work in the factory, including making letters, etc.
- Manage facilities & utilities
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma Degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of experience as Factory Admin, handling Administrative & GA matters, including managing & calculating petty cash & overtime, also monitoring workers
・Computer savvy & able to operate MS Office
・Honest, smart, diligent & hard working, good interpersonal skill, committed, willing to learn
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Able to join asap
