- Support Service Engineer team
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle inquiries from customers, such as breakdowns and troubles
- Visit customers and carry out maintenance
- Cooperation with other teams
- Making Weekly and Monthly report to Japanese Director
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Vocational High School in Mechanical/Electrical specialty
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 2 years of experience as Service Engineer or similar in automation industry
・Good electrical & mechanical knowledge and skills
・Own SIM A
・Good communication skill, hardworking, motivated
・Willing to work on holiday (with compensation)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience from Japanese company
・Knowledge in robotics
