<Job Responsibilities>
- Administrating for the Distributors.
- To judge the warranty claim, the technical report in field from distributors.
- To monitor the KPI for Distributors.
- To check the materials, Technical Service Bulletin and Maintenance Guidance
- To communicate with Japan side for technical issues and IoT & IT tool issues.
- Creating presentation, material and provide training.
- Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum Diploma.
・4 year of experience as after sales service
・Business English proficiency.
・Having car driver license
・Willing to do Business Trip.
