Sales & Supply Deputy Manager - Machinery

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Spare Part dept (Marketing Section)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Build robust effective and efficient parts operations guidance and comply to regulation by developing standard & policy
- Provide market strategy (market research, marketing program, promotional material, etc.) for sales and awareness of using original parts
- Manage Sales activities to achieve parts sales target and increase market share by cooperating with dealers (share marketing strategy to dealers, monitor dealers for their compliance, etc.)
- Manage inventory and supply to improve parts availability in the market by developing and implementing parts planning and forecasting, strategy to fill rate, order progress review, efficient shipment process, vendor effectivity, identifying issues and solving them, developing alternate and local sourcing as standard
- Do kaizen for operations
- Create regular report for management
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineer, or similar from reputable university
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 2 years as Assistant Manager with 4 years as Marketing/Sales function for Spare Parts in manufacturing company (Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Machinery), handling dealers
・Experienced and knowledgeable about international and local government business trading and supply chain regulation in Indonesia
・Familiar with spare parts system
・Proficiency in MS Office
・Good communication skill, creative, smart, good leadership
