- Support Legal function
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle all legal documents including operational, expatriate, building, manufacture permits
- Coordinate with external (including government) and internal for legal documents such as contracts/agreements and other requirements
- Understand well about tax regulation for company legal requirements
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's degree in Law from reputable university
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 1 year as Legal Staff in Manufacturing industry
・Good understanding and experience in handling legal mattes (contract drafting, permit handling, etc.)
・Meticulous, hard working, diligent, honest and good work ethics
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・2 - 3 years of experience as Legal
・Own certifications
・Working experience in Japanese company
