<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for coordinating and arranging human resource activities on site to support the company's operational activities in accordance with the prevailing company and government laws and regulations as well as performing office general affairs
<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and manage human resources.
- Creating an efficient and effective HR system: SOP, KPI, System Development.
- Responsible for PKWT (contract) for employees.
- Carry out activities related to HR development such as training, seminars etc.
- Responsible for the recruitment and training process.
- Carry out personnel tasks such as Industrial Relations, Bipartid, etc.
- Handling foreign workers licensing, Company Legality, Compulsory Company Manpower Report, etc.
- Manage and maintain company facilities such as: vehicles, buildings and factory environment (waterways, parking lots, office yards, warehouses, etc.)
- Take care of the cleanliness of the factory environment (workspace, lobby and all areas of the company).
- Office equipment maintenance (desk, chair, telephone, photocopy, PC/laptop, LAN etc.)
- Responsible for the procurement and use of ATK.
- Responsible for managing company security (security guard, security)
- Liaising with external parties (local government, police, regions, NGOs, journalists, kelurahan, sub-districts, etc.)
- Take care of all company operational needs related to outsourcing company (housekeeping, security, drivers, etc.)
- Take care of all the needs and operational communication channels (telephone, fax, HP, etc.)
- Procurement of operational vehicles (internal & rental)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Minimum education S1 majoring in law / HR management
- Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in HR & GA or a minimum of 3 years as a senior HRGA staff or HRGA supervisor in Automotive Parts Manufacturing company or related
- Mastering labor regulations that apply in Indonesia
- Experienced in conducting recruitment, training, planning and organizing
- Able to work with targets, initiative, creative and have a leadership spirit, firm, disciplined, responsible and consistent
- Proficiency in operating Ms. Office
- Business level English
- Domiciled around Cikarang
