R&D Staff - Consumer Goods

<Job Responsibilities>
• Research and develop new products formulations and specifications.
• Ensure all products are developed meeting expectation of quality, safety, stability.
• Perform relevant literature review and explore findings in product formulations or information.
• Anticipate in problem solving matters especially on quality of the products.
• Responsible in all R&D testing especially for raw materials, stability and finished products.
• Prepare weekly products development report.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or any relevant professional discipline.
• Related knowledge or experience in chemicals and Lab Testing Instruments.
• Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as R&D formulator (especially in Home & Personal Care Industries).
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills, team oriented and able to work independently.
• Business Level in English (both written and verbal).
• Computer literate, especially in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Willing to be stationed in Citeureup, Bogor.
