<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Handles HR esp. IR and Training
<Job Responsibilities>
- HR Administration
- Plan and do training & development programs
- Industrial Relation including communication and coordination with union
- Handle rewards and punishment policy
- Handle company licensing
- Counseling and motivation for employees
- Handle HRIS
- Follow up and updated regarding government regulation
- Handle BPJS (TK, Kesehatan, etc.)
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from Law major
・Conversational English proficiency suitable for office use
・Min. 6 years as HR from manufacturing company (handling Legal, IR, Training Development), min. 2 years as Senior Staff or already as a Supervisor position
・MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Good communication skill, hardworking, smart, cooperative, proactive
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Able to join ASAP
