<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Handle HR Management (mostly focusing on people development & recruitment)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle people development & recruitment
- Prepare and do trainings
- Supervise HR Admin & Payroll
- Do Industrial Relations responsibilities (i.e. coordinate with union)
- Handle employee remuneration planning
- Prepare HR Dept. budgeting and planning
- Make report regularly to management
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from reputable university
・Conversational English proficiency (able to report orally and written in English)
・Min. 3 years as HR Assistant Manager in manufacturing company with scale of at least 300 employees
・Experienced in handling people development, recruitment, IR, training, payroll, and cases (please mention the cases in the CV)
・Experienced and knowledgeable in Omnibuslaw application
・Good communication skills, hard working, good leadership, honest, positive attitude, organized, good time management
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in food FMCG
・Working experience in Japanese company
