<Job Responsibilities>
♦In line with the Company's business strategy and business plan, planning of targets/business plans of the department in charge and execution.
♦Management of duties, organization of the department in charge and business promotion of the departments in charge.
♦To fulfill the expectations for the department in charge by optimizing the division of duties of the members belonging, managing the duties of individual, and providing guidance.
♦Guidance and training of members of the department in charge.
♦Opinion to President from a wide perspective.
♦Special assignment by order of President Director.
♦Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min D3, from reputable University
・10 years in freight forwarding and logistics company
・Experience and knowledge in the logistics field which can fully manage the business and give guidance to the members
・Good knowledge of Indonesian export/import procedure and customs/excise regulation
・Capable to accurately manage team performance, plans, and target of Operation Control Department, and to guide, promote and achieve the members belonging
・Good presentation and reporting skill
・Good communication skill in English both oral and written
