- Support Pulp & Paper Sales Dept.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Build rapport and obtain offers from existing customers
- Negotiate commercial price
- Communicate with suppliers abroad and HQ
- Make sure to comply with all government regulation and operational policies and procedures
- Handle customers' inquiries including complaints and problems
- Support business development in the near future
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 3 years of working experience as Sales (maintaining good relationship with customers) in trading company selling paper pulp or chemical products
・Good understanding about custom clearance and export import activities
・Proficiency in MS Office
・Good communication skill, good negotiation skill, professional working ethics & attitude, good presentation skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Working experience in Japanese Trading Company
