- Make a report to superiors.
- Doing document filling.
- Creating delivery notes for goods delivery.
- Follow up purchase order's rebate from Sales to Customer.
- Control purchase order from Customer.
- Follow up Customer's request for shipment team
- Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・High school's degree.
・1 year of experience handling administration work.
・Honest, tenacious, healthy and not color blind.
・Conversational Japanese & Conversational English proficiency.
