◆ Manage HRGA division
◆ Bridging management & employee relations by addressing demands, complaints or other issues
◆ Manage the recruitment & selection process
◆ Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources
◆ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures, throughout the organization
◆ Maintain a positive work environment
◆ Supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
