<Job Responsibilities>
- Administrating for the Distributors.
- To judge the warranty claim, the technical report in field from distributors.
- To monitor the KPI for Distributors.
- To check the materials, Technical Service Bulletin and Maintenance Guidance (Basic Construction Machinery knowledge, Hydraulic, Electric, Equipment, Safety, etc.).
- To communicate with Japan side for technical issues and IoT & IT tool issues.
- Creating presentation, material and provide training.
- Other duties as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Minimum Diploma.
・4 year of experience as after sales service from Asphalt Paver company.
・Good knowledge in Engine, Hydraulic, Electric.
・Business English proficiency.
・Having car driver license
・Willing to do Business Trip.
