Work details
- Develop new products and make samples
- Knowledgeable in creating formulation and conduct trial, analyze and evaluate product, conduct sensory test, check alternative raw material.
- Development of existing products and new products, control raw materials, quality, food safety, and 5S appropriately
- Other responsibilities as needed

- Mengembangkan produk baru dan membuat sampel
- Memiliki pengetahuan dalam membuat formulasi dan melakukan uji coba, menganalisa dan mengevaluasi produk, melakukan uji sensorik, memeriksa bahan baku alternatif.
- Pengembangan produk yang sudah ada dan produk baru, mengontrol bahan baku, kualitas, keamanan pangan, dan 5S dengan tepat
- Tanggung jawab lain sesuai kebutuhan
・Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or related
・Conversational English proficiency.
・2 years of experience as R&D specialist in Jam, Custard, Spread formula in Food Industry.
・Good knowledge in ISO9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, microbial inspection
・Proficiency in MS Office

Gelar Sarjana di bidang Teknologi Pangan, Ilmu Pangan, Gizi atau yang terkait
Kemampuan bahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan.
Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai spesialis R&D dalam formula Selai, Puding, Olesan di Industri Makanan.
Pengetahuan yang baik tentang ISO9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, inspeksi mikroba
Kemahiran dalam MS Office
