- Job management : job analysis, description and grading in order to make systematically and accuracy of job for each holder person.

・Bachelor's degree from reputable university with Accreditation A (Minimum GPA 3.0)
・2 years of experience as HR Senior Staff handling HR, organization development and people development from Manufacture Industry
・Conversational Business proficiency.
・Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, and team) deadlines
・Good understanding and capable to handle personnel administration related with employee e.g contract, transfer, mutation, promotion, succession.
