Work details
• Commercial Management
- Preparation of commercial requirements / commercial scope in the tender specifications.
- Preparation of cost benchmarks for the given BOQ / Line item(s).
- Floating of RFP document with potential partners and then conduct query resolution, PIC for technical query and then compare and finalize the Lowest price bidder. Follow up till award of contract and closure of deal.
• Procurement & Vendor Development
- Floating the inquiry, identification, evaluation & selection of vendors, negotiation with vendors, commercial concurrence, preparation of comparative Bid Analysis, preparation of contract document and placing of purchase order.
- Liaison with vendor for specifications, priorities, quality issues & timely delivery of goods.
- Coordination with various internal departments for design, production & inspection of materials
•Logistics, Material Management\
- Material forecasting and planning, material consumption reviewing, material accounting
- Logistics management. Transport planning & contracting
- Primary and Secondary Transportation
- Warehousing & Inventory Management, GRN
- Labor Contracts
- Documentation and Processes.
• Import
- Import of telecom telecommunication equipment
- Selection & Finalization of freight forwarder/CHA for custom clearance & logistics
- Follow up with freight forwarder, airlines clearing agent & vendors for timely clearance of materials & delivery to final destination.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and local telecom laws.
• Vendor development, Administration & Management
- Vendor Management and Administration
- Alternate source development
- Vendor Performance Rating evaluation of Vendors and improvement action plan.
- Continuous review of pricing & other terms which impact the Project and deal with Suppliers and vendors for
optimization.
- “Vendor SAT” – Survey & monitoring vendor satisfaction during implementation of project.
- Lesioning with other departments for ensuring timely payment & healthy relationship with suppliers & vendors.
・Bachelor from Technical Engineer
・Has work experience as Procurement or f Sourcing and Vendor Management in Telecommunication company for minimum 5 years
・English business level skill
