GM Operation - Consumer Goods

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Opening new Factory in East Kalimantan. Manage, control and acvhieve targets setup by Holding

<Job Responsibilities>
- Work together with our product manager who does collector / grader / supervisor / recruiter of work.
- Make sure AAL is aligned with HACCP, making sales as planned.
- Deal with local officials and other competitors, counterparts to make sure we don't have enemy.
- Responsible for factory, Kalimantan office, local relationships.
- Responsible of product quality, safety, quantity.
- Maintain well-being of factory workers and Balikpapan office workers.
- Maintain factory and workers dormitory buildings and equipment.
- Not only maintain but increase the quality of product and efficiency at the factory


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Has worked in certified birdsnest company for more than 3 years as manager above class.
- Experience in bird nest facility, processing, business.
- Experience in food safety, health.
- Familiar with culture of Chinese company.
- Have practical communication skills to work with employees throughout the company.
- Detail oriented, analytical, initiative, integrity, caring.
- Business English level skill for both oral & written.
- Experienced in HACCP certified birdsnest factory, birdsnest knowhow is an advantage
- Wiling to work in East Kalimantan.
