<Job Responsibilities>
- HRD & GA administration: employee attendance, updating new employee fingerprints, making employee id cards and updating employee databases.
- Input and filing leave letters, permission letters, sick notes, and employee overtime.
- Update registration and change data for BPJS Social and Health.
- Controlling and procuring requests for office stationery, printed goods for office needs, supply of drinking water, as well as the company’s monthly household expenses (eg tissues, liquid soap, etc.),
- Controlling cleanliness, tidiness of office along with the production area and the yard.
- Checking the needs of bathroom facilities.
- Responsible for transportation and accommodation for bus trips for office operational vehicles (including fuel, tolls, drivers, shuttle arrangements
- Make catering orders & check of catering orders every day
- Supervise inventory and maintenance of company asset management activities (operational vehicles, telephones, air conditioners, ATK, office inventory such as tables, chairs and cupboards and inventory of public facilities such as lockers).
- Prepare for uniform for employees and safety equipment
- Support administrative activities for internal and external audits ISO 9001 & 14001
- Check invoices and make non-material requests for Bills form Suppliers (Operational Buses, Expedition Vehicles, Vehicle Rent, Drinking Water, Electricity, Telkom, entertainment].
- Make recapitulation of employee birth & marriage and condolences.
- Check and reporting tax for all employees every month.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma's degree
・1 year of experience as Accounting Staff handle Tax or HRGA Staff
・Conversational English proficiency
・Must have Brevet A & B
