Work details
- Research potential vendors
- Negotiate to suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers as needed, to confirm if there is any change orders
- Track orders and make sure delivery on time
- Update order databases
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Prepare cost analysis
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Other duties as assigned.
・Minimum Bachelor's degree
・Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience as Purchasing Staff
・Conversational English proficiency.
・Ms Office Literacy.
