・Handle IR, recruitment and compensation benefit.
・Socialize regulations to employees.
・Prepare data for payroll.
・Manage employee data.
・Other responsibilities as needed.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree from Psychology
・2 years of experience as HR in Manufacture industry
・Certificated BNSP.
・Experienced in handling ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015
・Experienced handling 2 subordinates.
・Knowledgeable in OD, Talent Management, Performance Management, End to End HR Business Process.
<Keterampilan / Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan >
・Gelar sarjana dari jurusan Psikologi
・Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai HR di industri manufaktur
・Bersertifikat BNSP.
・Berpengalaman menangani ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015
・Berpengalaman menangani 2 orang bawahan.
・Memiliki pengetahuan tentang OD, Talent Management, Performance Management, End to End HR Business Process.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
