• Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis
• Design and expand training and development programs
• Develop effective induction programs
• Produce training materials for in-house courses
• Manage the delivery of training and development programs
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees
• Evaluate training and development programs
• Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an division
[Requirements]
• Male/Female min. 25 years old
• Minimal Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology/Law from reputable university
• Able to handle the roles of Training and Development
• Good in English and computer skill
[Desirable Experiences]
• Min 2 years working experience as Human Resource especially in Training & Development
• Understanding of ISO & OHSAS and able to implemented in the project
