• Ensure production output reached the target.
• Make corrective action for the not good production results.
• Make preventive action for the not good production results.
• Analyze the cause of defection if it happens



• Able to communicate in English
• Must know how to faults analysis and do preventive
• Must be able to generate production reports, improvements reports and process improvement strategies
• Able to operate Ms. Office
• Having good personality and strong leadership skill
• Having ability to analyze problems well
• Having a good communication skill 
• Able to read and create manufacturing drawing (3D, 2D)



• Having total experience as Production min 5 years
• Having experience and knowledge in Injection Molding in Japanese Manufacturing
• Having strong experience and capability in manage a team





- Able to work in a good pace
- able to adapt in factory environment
- good communication and coordination skill
