Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Training Activity - In House training & External training
- Responsible for Induction material of new employee
- Supporting recruitment activity, such as held a psychological test for new employee
Requirement
- Minimum 2 year experience in HR & GA field, especially as Training staff
- Fully understand how to develop Matrix Competency
- Has experience in handling Audit for ISO 90001
- Willing to be placed in Karawang area
- Good communication in English (oral & written)
