- Ensure that credit and collection policies, procedures, practices, and documentation meet company and state regulations.- Assign, monitor and supervise the work load in the Collections Department via staff and vendor management to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of work.- Maintain and monitor budget expenses for the Collections Department.- Strengthen business relationships with support departments by meeting with department managers to resolve operational issues and implement process innovation.- Conduct brainstorming sessions to encourage process innovation ideas and the achievements in reducing delinquency and charge-off ratios.- Identifies, analyzes, and measures portfolio trends, providing regular updates to senior management.
[Skill and Experience]
- Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience in consumer collection and/or lending
- Have a knowledge about Indonesia Law
