Responsibilities
1. As a support staff for Sales dept : creating quotation, contract, preparing the data for sales profit report, creating PO
2. Support HRGA dept : recruitment matters, payroll, attendance, working agreement
Requirement
1. Have a good command of English
2. Domicile in Cikarang – Bekasi
3. Familiar with Administration/Secretary related task
4. Have at least 1 year experience as Sales admin, GA, HR admin or PA
Desirable Experience
1. Have experience in Japanese start up company
2. Able to speak Japanese (basic is enough)
