Work details
・Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales support on server and/or terminal side application product related to monitoring solution.
・To install, testing and track issues of software applications which will be delivered to customer and coordinate with related internal department for aiming good quality and reliable software to support company business.
・To communicate issues and solutions from developer to customer for every bug fixes
・Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in IT (reputable university)
- Fresh Graduate with Bootcamp experience in welcome.
- Conversational English proficiency.
