Work details
[Responsibility]
1. Pricing Control
- Issue Quotation to customers
- Issue Quotation by monthly base on new exchange rate
- PBO (Price Business Opportunity) Update once issue quotation and get new price from supplier
- PMF (Price Master File) maintenance
Parts No/ Price/ SPQ/ MOQ/ SC Authorize# / ROHS/EOL
- Get a price from all of Suppliers according to Sales Inquiry
- Get S/C authorization #
2. Forecast PO calculation form
- Gather forecast from all of CS
- Make balance sheet according to Sales inquiry
3. Customers support
- Get RFQ/BOM and offer price
- Documentation (Green/Specification form) support with sales and suppliers
- EOL Notification
- P/N change notification
- Sample request according to sales inquiry with suppliers
- Find market stock for critical item
- Environmental document supports
- Joint customer visit with Sales manager and assist translation
- Price/First delivery negotiations on behalf of sales
4. Others
-Filling for all of documentation
5. ISO
- Committed to comply with all applicable regulatory relevant to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 requirements
- Cooperated with company activities to developed and maintained company Quality Policy & Objective and Environment Policy & Objective
[Qualification]
- Bachelor Degree in administrator, Marketing or any related field.
- Affluent relevant work experience of non-degree holder will be considered.
Minimum 2 years experience in related customer service / sales / purchasing preferable in semiconductor market.
- Have a good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Have a mind of team work and excellent customer service skills
- Can work under big pressure
- Able to communicate in English
- Computer literate especially in MS Excel program
