As GA Manager
◆ Retain and maintain regulation/business permission of the Company respective entities
◆ *Arrangement to get the Permit such as PBG, SLF, related Hotel operation etc.
◆ Reporting to various stakeholders including shareholders meeting
◆ Maintain corporate assets
◆ Establish and maintain internal business process flows
◆ Maintain office working environment
◆ Assign, direct and evaluate subordinating GA staffs
◆ *Coordinating with Local Partner
◆ *Coordinating with Neighbor
As HR Manager
◆ Establish and maintain hiring process
◆ Recruit appropriate staff candidates and negotiate employment contracts
◆ Establish working codes
◆ Maintain legal status of expatriate officers/staffs

Sebagai Manajer GA:
◆ Mempertahankan dan memelihara peraturan/izin usaha dari masing-masing entitas Perusahaan
◆ Mengurus perizinan seperti PBG, SLF, terkait operasional hotel, dll.
◆ Melaporkan kepada berbagai pemegang saham termasuk rapat pemegang saham
◆ Menjaga aset perusahaan
◆ Menetapkan dan memelihara alur proses bisnis internal
◆ Menjaga lingkungan kerja kantor
◆ Menugaskan, mengarahkan, dan mengevaluasi staf GA bawahan
◆ Berkoordinasi dengan Mitra Lokal
◆ Berkoordinasi dengan Mitra Kerja
Sebagai Manajer SDM:
◆ Menetapkan dan mengelola proses perekrutan karyawan
◆ Merekrut kandidat staf yang sesuai dan menegosiasikan kontrak kerja
◆ Menetapkan kode etik kerja
◆ Mempertahankan status hukum pejabat/staf ekspatriat

◆3 years Experience as HRGA Manager or Assistant Manager (need experience to have subordinates) in Construction or Real estate industry
◆English (Business level)
◆Strong knowledge of Arrangement to get the Permit such as PBG, SLF, related Hotel operation etc
