BUSINESS ANALYST / SYSTEM ANALYST


Responsibilities
-Reviews business operations to recommend and implement process improvement. 
-Assists the business analytics team in preparing regular management reports with performance metrics of each business unit to facilitate the business decision making process. 
-Participates in various development projects to improve the design of internal control and efficiency of workflow.
-Works closely with key business units to enhance productivity.
 
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in similar role
-Possesses good analytical skills in order to understand different business functions, analyze data, documents and workflows
-Able to identify business system problems and come up with efficient solutions
-Adept at managing projects, resources, risk, and change, and enjoys doing so
-Degree in a quantitative discipline/operations management is preferred
-An advanced xls user. Knowledge in database and resource optimization is helpful.
